    Step 1

    猪肉先用小梳打、盐和水腌制20分钟。Marinate the pork with baking soda, salt, and water for 20 minutes.

    青柠和黄瓜切片备用。Slice the lime and cucumber and set aside.

    Step 3

    准备薄荷柠檬汁,将全部材料搅打至幼细。Prepare the minty lime sauce by blending all the sauce ingredients until fine.

    Step 4
